• Toolkitsuperstore.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee on any item purchased. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return it within 30 days from the date of shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. Product(s) must be in saleable condition. You may return the product for a replacement or refund, exclusive of shipping charges.
• Please click on “Returns” (above) to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions prior to sending back your merchandise. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization. All returns must have a return authorization number visibly marked on the outside of the box to ensure proper processing.
• All products classified as hazardous material are non-returnable and non-refundable
• Include your account number and order number as well as the part number of the product you are returning. Indicate if you want a replacement or a refund issued to your credit card.
• Toolkitsuperstore.com cannot accept responsibility for equipment which has been abused, badly worn, used improperly, and/or repaired or maintained improperly.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable - unless an error has been made by Toolkitsuperstore.com.
• Your return authorization number is valid for 30 days. Incomplete returns and returns after 30 days may incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right not to accept returns after 90 days.
